Cardio-Kickbox for Fred!

Join The Fit Fem & Traveling Baseball Babes for a fun cardio-kickboxing class to support Fred K's Cancer!

Sylvia’s cardio-kickboxing classes feature an hour of high energy and fat burning that’s great for all fitness levels with easy, fun choreographed moves!

When: Saturday, June 30th
Time: 10:30-11:30 AM
Where: The Studio

Cost: There is a minimum $5 donation per participant

Proceeds from this event benefit Fred K’s Cancer.

Sylvia Nasser is a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and a certified Holistic Health Coach, accredited through Purchase College, at State University of New York, as well as The American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). She also has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Political Science and a Master of Science in Technological Systems Management from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Pampering facials, salt scrubs, mini makeovers & more! Experience a line of botanically based, pure, safe and beneficial products for the whole family! Proceeds of product sales to go to Fred K's Cancer.

Breathe N Flow Yoga to Host its Second Fred K’s Cancer Yoga Class!

Come out to Breathe N Flow Yoga Studio on Friday, June 1^st and enjoy a challenging, yet rewarding session of yoga while supporting Fred K’s Cancer!

Fridays at 4:00 pm at Breathe N Flow Yoga Studio are all about supporting the community. The studio holds donation-based classes in which 100% of the donations are given to their favorite non-profit charity and for the second year in a row, they’ve kindly agreed to donate one of these community classes to Fred K’s Cancer! Last year, the class was led by the lovely and wonderful Joanna Asher and raised $100 for Fred K’s Cancer! Click here to view pictures from last year’s class on Facebook.

Breathe N Flow is a family yoga studio located in Freeport that specializes in all levels of Vinyasa Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Kids Yoga, Mommy & Me Yoga, Private Yoga, Kids’ Parties, Workshops, and Community Yoga.
